We promise a delightful customer-experience to stranded motorists in their greatest time of need, to deliver 50% shorter wait-times than the industry average.

Individuals and businesses of all sizes, in every industry, are increasingly dependent on technology. For all of the benefits innovation brings, roadside assistance has lagged other industries. Motorists across the country are making their voices heard – long waits through antiquated call-center processes to access roadside assistance, isn't working for them. According to a recent study, 75% of motorists are dissatisfied with long wait times for help to arrive (with an industry average: of 60-75 minutes ~ ibisworld.com/industry-statistics/ 2022).

Fixing this subpar user-experience takes a village. We are looking for great people willing to think outside the box, who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get to work, to push an ageing industry forward.
